Surely, the team knew that there were problems, but we were encouraged to sign on the dotted line. Why couldn't Dore have been upfront about the situation? A lot of people are mindful of the great help to their children, but coming into the program at the time before the company has gone into receivership is not fair on people who can't afford the program. As it is, we paid through the finance house and now we owe a debt to them, and we're not sure what support we can expect.
A part of me feels that we have been duped into paying monies for services that haven't been altogether honoured. The worst part is that one of our siblings isn't willing to participate in the excercises which is very frustrating considering that we have paid out money we can ill afford. Is there any way we can recoup that money? It's like giving money away for nothing!
I know it's sour grapes, but if Dore had stopped taking on more customers, instead of welcoming everyone with open arms, things might have been different for a lot of people.
