Hi Sonia, my son has just turned 12 and was diagnosed with chronic ADHD when he was 7. He was prescribed Ritalin and took that until last November. We joined the Dore programme in February of this year and we are seeing some very good results. We have, over the years, tried lots of different strategies - none of which worked. The Ritalin worked, up to a point, but we found that we had to keep increasing the dosage as he grew and we were getting uncomfortable with that.
