Frustrated and despondent.... where to from here???

    Frustrated and despondent.... where to from here???

     We signed with Dore in March 08, only to pay our money up front and then for my son to break his arm the next day.  Exercises were put on hold for 6 weeks only to begin late April.  We have continued in good faith, still never receiving any letter or email addressed to us - finding out by chance the fate of Dore, and as we have never had a follow up assessment have no idea how much longer we can keep going staring into a black hole.... our money is gone, no communication from Dore, we were signed up when clearly the corporation was incolvent.... does anyone have any suggestions????

    It sounds as if they really dont care.  I signed up in May, and have lost all my money, and never had an appointment at all..   I'm sorry I have no help, but at least I understand a little how you feel.

    Hi, sorry to hear that you have lost your money.  Have you really though?  Do you know you are covered under the Consumer Credit Act 1974?  There is a useful link called consumerdirect.gov.uk they are brilliant and can give you some expert advice.  I hope they can help you.
